Overseeing the development and management of contracts and proposal for the organization. This may involve working closely with the sales team,legal departments ,and clients to ensure that all contracts and proposal documents are accurate,complaint and effective. As well as ensuring that contracts and proposal are written and negotiated with the company policies and procedures as well as any applicable laws and regulation.
Information gathering about new and existing opportunities within the COMPANY’s industry of trade.
Timely Management and Coordination of Tender activities.
Monitor and respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner through or with the approval of the responding management staff as the situation may demand.
Adequate follow up on all Tenders submitted to ascertain the status of submission
Work closely with project team so as to have a clear knowledge of Contract requirements as regards assigned projects.
Participate in bid management process and procedures in line with the required project management standards in preparing bids and contracts.
Maintain a network of project contacts and follow up on with effective relationships with Project firms while sourcing for new leads.
Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in the process to ensure adequate transfer of knowledge.
Review of Draft Contracts/Purchase Orders issued by the Client in respect to assigned Projects.
Review all Contracting documentation in respect to assigned projects ranging from MOU, MOA, Subcontractor agreements etc.
Fill Contract Review forms, Contract Summary Form and Contract Briefs.
Assist in Negotiating terms with Clients.
Maintain a log of activities in respect to assigned contracts.
Shall if required, participate in specialized projects and assignments related to other commercial functions
Requirement
Minimum first degree in a Science or Engineering discipline .
Not more than 27 yrs at the time of application
Have basic experience in the usage of Ariba and NIPEX portal for bid and tender management.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word for the management and presentation of data.
Have basic experience in bidding and tender management process for the oil and gas.
Prior experience in the oil and gas industry will be an advantage.

Ensures the mechanical fittings and testing activities including Hydro testing, pneumatic testing, leak testing, drying, swabbing, dewatering, cleaning, flooding, gauging, intelligent pigging, calliper survey, Nitrogen preservation, decommissioning activities for all systems in line with approved test packages.Ensures appropriate materials, tools and equipment are lined up and utilized, and notifies the Leak Test supervisor of deficient or insufficient items timely.
What You Will Do
Carry out the mechanical fittings and testing activities including Hydro testing, pneumatic testing, leak testing, drying, swabbing, dewatering, cleaning, flooding, gauging, intelligent pigging, calliper survey, Nitrogen preservation, decommissioning activities for all systems in line with approved test packages.
Ensures appropriate materials, tools and equipment are lined up and utilized, and notifies the Leak Test supervisor of deficient or insufficient items timely.
Carry out the testing (hydrostatic and pneumatic) of approved packages in accordance with approved procedure.
Ensure all testing activities are carried out in line with approved procedures and proper housekeeping is conducted before, during and after work.
Perform routine checks on all equipment and ensure fitness for purpose prior to testing.
Carry out line walk with Leak Test Supervisor and review each test package prior to commencement of test.
Coordinates with the Leak Test Supervisor to identify completed lines and systems to be tested and ensure release notes obtained prior to testing.
Carry out bolt tightening and torquing to specified torque values for line isolation and pressure testing.
Verify torque values with Leak Test Supervisor prior to commencement or torquing.
Demonstrate a professional work ethic and actively participate in QHSE activities, tool box meetings, JHA Reviews and workforce planning.
Reports all safety observations and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
What we Require
Trade Test Level 2 (Mechanical fittings, Hydrotest or Instrumentation) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation or any other relevant engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas with minimum 2 years as Hydrotest and Bolt Tightening technician.
Hands on experience in all type of Testing, Flushing, Pigging.
Hands on experience in bolt tightening, torquing, and tensioning.
Shall be able to identify and items tools, equipment and materials required for successful completion of test.
Ability to adhere to instructions, and comply with rules and regulations.
Ability to interface with other team members for support where required.
Well acquainted with Safety Plan, Task Risk Assessment, Permit to Work
