9.Managing MD’s office;supervise the office assistants and cleaners in ensuring the MD’s office is neat and tidy.

11.Collecting all mails addressed to the MD and tender to the MD’s secretary.
12.Research,price,purchase office supplies.
13.Undertake any other duties as requested by the HR admin department.

What we require from you
Bachelor or University degree in business economics or professional vocational training in marketing or trading business or in any related discipline
Fluency in written and spoken English
At least six (6) or more years experience in marketing and sales, business development, or product management.
Experience in management may be advantageous.
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Good computer skills with Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint knowledge

The Commercial Officer will provide support to the organization’s Business development team to ensure timely and consistent delivery of core Organizational services to clients and investors.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provides support to the organization’s business development team to ensure timely and consistent delivery of core company services to its clients and investors.
Understand and implement the rules of tendering, assist in undertaking a Bid/No Bid exercise to decide whether to make a submission or not.
Work under the direction of the Commercial Manager and support with general administrative tasks.
Assist the Commercial Manager to make inquiries on small-scale projects and manage them from start to finish.
Manage the communication of the organization with clients via means like emails, telephones, and websites.
Assist in understanding the RFQ, deciding timelines and responsibilities
Timely management of tender activities
Work closely with the project recruitment team so as to have a clear knowledge of contract requirements as regards assigned projects.
Participate in bid management process and procedures in line with the required project management standards in preparing bids and contracts.
Maintain a network of project contacts and follow up on effective relationships with Project firms while sourcing for new leads.
Provide detailed reports and feedbacks to Commercial Manager on all managed project accounts.
Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in the process to ensure adequate transfer of knowledge.
Shall if required, participate in specialized projects, and assignments related to procurement and sales as required.
Ensure that Hazards/Environmental Aspect Impacts related to the Business Development department are identified and communicated to the HSE department.
Additional roles and responsibilities will be communicated and used to assess your key performance indicators.

A good university degree in any related discipline.

The Procurement Supervisor will implement strategic procurement including sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, quality management, customer relationship management, and performance measurement.Ensure timely preparation of procurement plans for projects and monitor their implementation by controlling processes including receipt of requisitions, evaluation, and negotiation of certain conditions of contracts in full compliance with Procurement standards.
What You Will Do
Implement strategic procurement including sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, quality management, customer relationship management, and performance measurement
Ensure timely preparation of procurement plans for projects and monitor their implementation by controlling processes including receipt of requisitions, evaluation, and negotiation of certain conditions of contracts in full compliance with Procurement standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement plans and progress reports as required.
Responsible for the performance reviews of the vendors.
Liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve supplier payment issues.

Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
Responsible to supervise and coordinate all Hotel bookings and other interim accommodation plans provided for all personnel and guests are seamless.
Ensure smooth mobilization and demobilization process for all field workers.
Supervise the Logistics Officer in the Divisional HQ and Head Office on his/her daily activities to ensure the company’s cars and other facilities (accommodation and other properties) are constantly in a good position to provide the necessary support to all staff.
Promote a zero-tolerance for violations of procurement policies and procedures.
Reports to the GM on a weekly basis on purchases made within the week.
Any other duties as assigned by Management.
