Unfortunately, you won\u2019t be able to make any edits to your uploaded document once you have submitted your application. However, you can upload a new updated attachment (resume\/cover letter \/ etc) and delete the outdated version. Due to the large number of job applications we receive per job post, the review process takes several days, weeks, if not months. After the recruitment team begins reviewing applications, they will contact applicants of interest directly via email, telephone screening and\/or an in-person interview. While most applicants are initially contacted via email, they may also be contacted through phone call. Make sure to check your spam folder as in some cases e-mails can be filtered by your service provider.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

\r\n How can I find out who is the hiring manager or lead recruiter on this posting?<\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

For a variety of reasons, including privacy protection, we are not able to provide that information. If you would like to address your cover letter, you can address it to \u201cDear Hiring Manager\u201d or \u201cDear Hiring Committee.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

There are a number of solutions to this problem, however, it is up to you to troubleshoot.<\/p>\n

The \u201cFirst Review\u201d date does not necessarily mean that the job posting will close down, however, due to the nature of the initial applicant pool it is not guaranteed that the position will remain open. In all cases you will receive an email notifying you of when the posting is closed\/filled.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

\r\n How do I know that I have successfully submitted my application?<\/a>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

After you have submitted your application you should receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of your application. If you do not receive this email, your application may not have been successfully submitted.
