The IRATA Level 3 certificate is the top level in the IRATA certification scheme. The Level 3 builds on the candidate’s experience and prepares them to take on the roles of Team Leader, Safety Supervisor, Rescue-man and Rigger.
IRATA rope access has an impeccable safety record, largely due to the quality of Level 3’s in the field. This course aims to maintain and build on these high standards.
The majority of the course is spent practising and refining advanced rescue techniques so that the candidate has the ability and confidence to extract any team member from any possible difficulty.
There is also a written paper which concentrates on the candidate’s theoretical knowledge.
This course is delivered over a five-day period, including independent IRATA assessment.
Course Duration: 5 days
IRATA Level 2 technicians willing and able to take on the responsibility for a rope access team. Candidates must have completed at least 1 year and 1000 hours as a Level 2 and should have a broad range of experience across different working environments. Only top quality candidates are encouraged to apply.
