Course Overview:
At the end of this course, candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the LOLER & PUWER 1998 requirements and major differences from previous legislation.
Understand the responsibilities they must meet under the regulations both as employee and employer.
Understand implications of the regulations in conjunction with the Approved Code of Practice.
Course Description:
This course is appropriate for those responsible for the management of lifting equipment, work equipment, and lifting operations in general, to update them on the new regulations.
It also outlines the major differences from the regulations it has replaced and underlines both employer and employee responsibilities.
Course Duration: 1 Day
Certification:
At the end of the course, participants will receive a LEEA Certificate of Training.
